Pandey has been the CEO and board member at Tata Group for over 18 years handling JVs and startup projects and heading a technology-based insurance distribution business. Previously, he has also been a general manager at Godrej & Kis and branch operations manager at Xerox. His expertise mainly lies in strategic and operational levels of telecommunications and energy sector in international arena, especially the US, South Africa, India and SAARC countries.

A management graduate from London Business School and a mechanical engineer from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
