The proceeds from this round will be used for product development, marketing activities and hiring more people.
When contacted, ShepHertz spokesperson declined to comment. An email sent to Growx didn't elicit a response till the time of publishing this article.
Confirming the development, Karthik Reddy, managing partner of Blume Ventures, said, "We participated in a new round which is being led by Kae Capital. I don't think this round has been closed yet, as more investors are interested in co-investing along with us."
ShepHertz had previously raised more than $300,000 from Kae Capital, Blume Ventures and Mumbai Angels in April last year.
The four-year-old startup was founded by Siddhartha Chandurkar (CEO). Prior to setting up Shephertz, he had worked at Wipro Technologies and Ericsson.
