Huawei launches Honor 3C, Ascend G6 & G750 in India, prices starting at Rs 14,999
Within days of unveiling its flagship smartphone Ascend P7- a successor to the original Ascend P6- Huawei has now launched not one but three devices in the Indian smartphone market. Christened Honor 3C, Ascend G6 and G750, the smartphones have been priced at Rs 14,999, Rs 16,999 and Rs 24,999 respectively. While the Honor 3C is a direct competitor to Motorola's very successful Moto G smartphone, the others are targeted at the mid-price range segment of the market.

Honor 3C for Rs 14,999
The smartphone sports a 5 inch HD capacitive touchscreen display (720x1280 pixels resolution) with 294 ppi pixel density and runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and has 2GB of RAM. The internal memory of the device is 8GB that can be further expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card.
Honor 3C has an 8 megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED Flash that can also record high definition videos, and a 5MP front facing camera for video calling. On the connectivity front, it has Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3G, as well as a microUSB port and a microSD card slot. The dimensions of the device are 139.5mm x 71.4mm x 9.2mm and its weight is 140gm. The company has provided a 2,300 mAh battery in the device, which also comes with dual-SIM capability and GPS (with A-GPS support). It will be available in black and white colours.
Ascend G6 for Rs 16,999
This one comes with a slightly smaller 4.5 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display (540x960 pixels resolution) with 245 ppi pixel density and runs on the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and has 1GB of RAM. The internal memory of the device is 4GB that can be further expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card.
G6 has an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED Flash that can record HD videos (720p), and a 5MP front facing camera for video calling. On the connectivity front, it has Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3G, as well as a microUSB port and a microSD card slot. The dimensions of the device are 130mm x 65mm x 7.5mm and its weight is 115gm. The company has provided a 2,000 mAh battery in the device, which also comes with GPS (with A-GPS support).
Ascend G750 for Rs 24,999
The big brother of Ascend G6 and Honor 3C comes with a larger 5.5 inch HD capacitive touchscreen display (720x1280 pixels resolution) with 267 ppi pixel density and also runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor and has 2GB of RAM. The internal memory of the device is 8GB that can be further expanded up to 32GB with a microSD card.
G750 (or Honor 3X) has a 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED Flash that can record full HD videos (1080p) at 30fps, and a 5MP front facing camera for video calling. On the connectivity front, it has Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, 3G, as well as a microUSB port and a microSD card slot. The dimensions of the device are 149.5mm x 77.4mm x 8.9mm and its weight is 162gm. The company has provided a 3,000 mAh battery in the device, which also comes with FM radio and GPS (with A-GPS support).
