In today's globalised market place, brand marketers are constantly striving hard to look beyond traditional marketing strategies. Adopting cost effective and customer friendly loyalty programmes not only benefit marketers, but also have high potential to address concerns of price hungry shoppers, retain existing customers, as well as acquiring new ones.
