Keynote panel: Building large mobile business in India @ TC Mobile Forum 2013
The mobile sector has been growing exponentially over the past few years, giving Indian startups massive opportunities to capitalise on it. Investors are closely watching the day-to-day developments in the mobile space and looking to invest in some solutions that have the capability to go global. Experts say mobile startups should focus on a single feature and keep innovating on that, instead of developing multiple features. They also opine that monetisation is another important factor in order to attract VC investments.
In the keynote panel at TC Mobile Forum 2013 held in Mumbai, industry experts discussed various factors that can help mobile startups in India to grow further. The panel was moderated by Rahul Chandra, MD, Helion Venture Partners, and saw participation from Info Edge MD and CEO Hitesh Oberoi, Mauj Mobile CEO Badri Sanjeevi, Madhu Nori of Bharti Soft Bank and Mohit Bhatnagar of Sequoia Capital, India.
