Insights on creating the best team for your company at VCCircle Bengaluru Investment Summit 2013; Plus updated agenda

VCCircle Bengaluru Investment Summit, now in its 5th edition, to be held on June 19, Bengaluru, will host a special session on how to create the best team for a company, across functions, that create a foundation to build high quality large enterprises in a competitive environment.

The session moderated by Manish Sabharwal (CEO, TeamLease Services) will shed key insights with panelists such as Dr. N Krishna Reddy (CEO, CARE Hospitals Group), Sujan Sinha (MD, Shriram Housing Finance) and Beas Dev Ralhan (CEO, Next Education India).

Manish Sabharwal is currently the Chairman and co-founder of Teamlease Services, India's largest staffing and training firm. The firm now has 250 training centers and over 75,000 employees in 770 cities/ towns across India. Earlier he co-founded India Life, an HR outsourcing company in 1996 that was acquired by Hewitt associates in 2002. Consequently he was Managing Director of Hewitt Outsourcing (Asia) in Singapore.

Dr. N. Krishna Reddy, CEO, CARE Hospitals Group co-founded the Care Hospitals in 1997, which has grown rapidly from 100-bed strength, single hospital, single specialty entity to more than 1500-bed strength, 12-hospitals, 6-states, and multispecialty within a short span of 10 years. He is currently Managing Director, Andhra Cardiology Associates (ACA), which has the largest team of 50 Cardiologists managing Cardiology services in various Care Hospitals; Director & CEO at Care Hospitals since 2006; Member, Board of Directors, Care Foundation.

Sujan Sinha, MD, Shriram Housing Finance Ltd has spent more than 30 years in various banks and financial institutions, after joining SBI as a Probationary Officer in 1981. Prior to joining the Shriram Group, he was one of the important members of the core retail team of Axis Bank (erstwhile UTI Bank), setting up and heading the retail lending business of the bank, including the retail mortgage business, for more than 7 years.

Beas Dev Rahlan, CEO, Next Education India Pvt. Ltd has been an entrepreneur (co-curricular activities focused firm - FreshPixel Labs), Investment Manager (Onicle), Technology Leader (Head of Research - Technology , PartyGaming) , Consultant (Technical Architect , Infosys - Retail, Distribution and CPG practice) and Programmer (PartyGaming, Cysphere.com, Retort, Tata Infotech Limited).
