Some E-com Businesses May Fail, But The Industry Won't: Harish Bahl, Smile Group

Harish Bahl, serial entrepreneur and founder of Smile Interactive Group, continues to be in an aggressive mode. He has recently set up Freecultr, which sells its own brand of apparel and accessories online, after investing in a slew of e-commerce portals like Dealsandyou, Fashionandyou, Zoomtra, HealthPA and BeStylish. He neither sounds pessimistic nor is he inclined to beat a retreat even when e-commerce portals like Taggle and Vamoose shut shop. According to Bahl, one company shutting down doesn't change the fundamentals of the industry. There are bound to be some unsuccessful trials, he adds.
