Komli Media Partners Jivox For Video Advertising
Online ad network and audience measurement service provider Komli Media India Pvt Ltd has struck a strategic deal under which it will be the exclusive partner of Jivox Interactive Video platform in the Asia-Pacific region for video advertising, the company said in a statement today.
Under this partnership, Jivox video advertising platform will reach Australia, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa. The partnership empowers Komli Media to exclusively use the Jivox platform for running online interactive video ads for its advertisers and agency partners across all platforms including online, mobile and all tablet devices.
Online video advertising is estimated to cross the $3 billion mark globally this year and will fuel a significant part of the overall online ad market growth.

Komli has been focusing on international markets and over the last four months acquired two companies to boost its presence globally. It acquired US-based ZestAdz in July and a month prior to that snapped Aktiv Digital, a Singapore-based online media firm for branding, lead-generation and marketing, to further strengthen its reach in Asia.
In January, Komli raised $15 million in a funding round, led by Norwest Venture Partners. It is also backed by other VC firms such as Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Helion Venture Partners and Nexus Venture Partners.
Komli has offices in Bangalore, London, Melbourne, New Delhi, New York, Palo Alto, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto. It has recently entered into an exclusive partnership with California-based performance marketing firm Efficient Frontier for search engine marketing services. Jivox is also backed byHelion Venture Partners and Opus Capital.
Ad networks in India include Jivox, Vdopia, Smile Group's Tyroo, Networkplay, Media Estate, IndiAds and AdsForIndians, Guruji's mobile ad platform Adiquity and OMG.
