Top Management Rejig At Lenovo India

Computer manufacturer Lenovo India announced several management changes in a move to strengthen the company.

Rajesh Thadani, Director, Consumer Business Unit, HSB Lenovo India, will be independently handing the segment in place of Alex Li, Director of Consumer and SMB. CRN reports that Li has been shifted to the Emerging Markets Group for a new role.

The company has also roped in entrepreneur Rajiv Rao as Director, SMB segment. Rao has previously worked at Pepsi, HP and was head of channel operations at Dell India.

"We are focused on driving speed, performance and efficiency with a corporate structure that makes us even faster and even more customer focused. Going forward, we will continue to introduce game-changing products, quality service and support and enhance our go to market strategy through channel. I am confident the new team will help steer Lenovo towards its business goals," said Amar Babu, managing director, Lenovo India, in a media statement.

The company's Director for Call Centre and Technical Service Support in China and Service Delivery for REM (Rest of Emerging Markets) Hunter Zhou has been designated as Lenovo India's Head, Services Support.
