Datacraft Ropes In ex-HCL Country Head Kiran Bhagwanani As India CEO

The IT services subsidiary of Singapore-based Dimension Data Plc, Datacraft, has appointed Kiran Bhagwanani as the India CEO. His previous stint at systems integrator HCL Technologies lasted over 15 years, where, as the Country Manager, India & Middle East, he led global sales and was driving development of new markets and strategies in the two regions.

"Heading into a new decade, growth opportunities for Datacraft in India are abundant. To capitalize on this unique window of opportunity, we have elevated the India leadership role within our Asia-Pacific organization structure. This will help us deploy the resources required for growing regions within the country and accelerate the execution of our strategy in the large and growing Indian market," said Dilip Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, Datacraft Asia.

Bhagwanani has been hired as India CEO and as a member of Datacraft Asia's leadership team  - the India CEO is a newly established role. Bhagwanani will steward the company's recent investments in the hosted and cloud services business within the country. His strengths are knowledge of the Indian IT industry, general management and organisation transformation capability.

"We are well poised to combine our traditional IT solutions and services business with the new hosted and cloud services business to offer innovative solutions that improve our clients' organizational efficiency and help them achieve desired business outcomes," said Bhagwanani.
